What makes Dr. Dub’s approach different

Psychologically-informed work: Dr. Dub integrates emotional and behavioral patterns and factors into EF work. If anxiety is driving avoidance, that gets addressed directly.

Focus on independence: The goal is about building strategies together that clients can do on their own.

Real-world applications: Role-playing and practice with real life situations and behaviors such as avoidance and shutting down are worked through during sessions.

“Working with Dr. Dub changed my life.”
